Shipping Policy
We ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and use Canada Post's "Regular Parcel" service for all shipments.
For shipments within Canada and the United States, a flat fee of $10.00 CAD is charged for shipments under $50 CAD in value. Shipments over $50 CAD in value are shipped free anywhere in Canada and the United States (maximum 30 kg/66 pounds).
For the cost of shipping outside Canada and the United States, or if you want to make other shipping arrangements, e.g. via courier, please send an e-mail to coffee@ticonholdings.com.
